What the quoted price includes

If a salon quotes a notably low price, ask which product they use — strip wax on the bikini area is faster, cheaper for the salon, and considerably harsher on skin that has never been waxed.

Prepaid packages and membership plans are the other lever. They reduce the effective rate per visit, but they only pay off if you genuinely attend monthly — an unused package is worse value than paying each time. Read the expiry terms and whether unused visits transfer.

Finally, do not shop purely on the menu number. A cheap appointment that leaves stubble behind or lifts skin costs you a second booking and a fortnight of irritation, which is the most expensive outcome available.
